Hot-applied general purpose sealant used for overbanding, repairing cracks and kerb sealing in asphalt and concrete surfaces. Ultra-Seal 45 comprises fine aggregate with a PSV of 45 and Ultra-Seal 60 comprises aggregate with a PSV of 60. An Ultra- Seal repair is fast and effective, ductile and highly durable.
Ultra-Seal 45 & 60 are micro textured, high friction, skid resistant, general purpose sealants used for overbanding, repairing cracks and kerb sealing in asphalt and concrete surfaces. Ultra-Seal is quick to apply, fast to cure and can be used all year round. Ultra-Seal 45 comprises fine aggregate with a PSV of 45 and Ultra-Seal 60 comprises aggregate with a PSV of 60. They are designed to achieve an in service SRV value of approximately 45 and 60 respectively. The Ultra-Seal materials are hot-applied, polymer modified bituminous compounds with proven crack filling and strong sealing and adhesion properties.
